special atmosphere, the staff was absolutely perfect, we had an efficient check-in. btw, problem was settled upon request too. the triple room with the nile view had all necessary amenities.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Holiday Inn Maadi and the Solis restaurant. The atmosphere created was special. They solved problem at my request. The room was absolutely gorgeous and fairly quiet, with smoke detectors and excellent views.

Convenient location near the city center and popular sights, easily accessible via ride-sharing services. Close to the airport for early morning flights. Marina provided great assistance. Awesome pool to relax in, plus on-site parking available. 🏊♂️

The beds where extremely comfy and each beautifully maintained room had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge and a seating area.
The location was bad, it's a pitty.

I did not find my booking in the hotel, but they gave me a room. Though they said it was full.

The view on the River Nile was fabulous and the rooms are wide and clean
what was written as hotel policy ( free wired internet and free car parking ) was not true as both turned to be with charges that i paid as extra

hotel stuff was not so helpfull. no early checking (i was there at 10 AM). Internet is so expensive, beside the dont use the small internet shop (25 pound/hour) in the basement.try the one which is outsite of the hotel (3 pounds/hour).

Nice breakfast, easy check in, nice rooms, good area and nice view from the hotel
The internet connection is very very bad. I paid USD 90,00 for around 1 hour access. They charge pr. time you open access. The speed is very low and cannot be used for anything. I considered myself back to year 1998 in regards to intetnet speed.
